Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened pet food or supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at thepaworganics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food, treats, or supplements
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or variant, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
